Natural Star Nani’s much-awaited movie, Shyam Singha Roy is slated to hit the screens tomorrow in all South languages. Being directed by Rahul Sankrityan, the film’s promotional stuff is well received by the audience and raised curiosity.
After the 2019 film, Gang Leader, Shyam Singha Roy is Nani’s first film to hit the silver screens post-Covid crisis. As the hero’s last two films V and Tuck Jagadish had a direct to digital release on Amazon Prime Video and failed to impress the moviegoers, Nani pinned hopes on this film and is confident that he will bounce back strongly with SSR.
But coming to the theatrical release for Shyam Singha Roy in Andhra Pradesh, the ticket prices GO brought by the ruling Jagan Mohan Reddy’s government comes as a major setback for the film. Will SSR overtake all the hurdles and emerge as the winner at the box office? Remains to be seen.
