Will Naga Chaitanya take an U-Turn?

Naga Chaitanya has been trying his best to live up to the mountain of exceptations that Akkineni fans have from him as he is seen as the successor of Legend ANR and King Nagarjuna at the TFI Box Office. The actor has been in the field from last 10 years, but couldn’t get that huge hit that will propel him as a star from a popular actor at the box office. This year, after his marriage and hits like Premam, Rarandoyi Veduka Chuddam, he is expected to make a good bid for star status with Savyasachi and Shailaja Reddy Alludu.

Savyasachi is scheduled for Diwali and Shailaja Reddy Alludu is looking good to release for 31st August till, weather played a spoilsport. The Malayalam Industry, due to torrential rains in Kerala and all the devastation caused by floods, decided to indefinitely postpone their Onam festival releases. Now, Shailaja Reddy Alludu might also have to be postponed to a later date.

Gopi Sundar, the composer for the film, works from his hometown in Cochin and due to floods, there is a huge shortage for power and supplies all over the state. As the work is still unfinished and BGM is highly important before other post production works are finished, team is thinking about postponing the movie to 7th or 13th September dates, it seems. If they go for 13th date then Naga Chaitanya will have to fight it out with Jessie, aka Samantha his wife and Jerry aka Sudheer Babu at the box office. We have to wait for the official confirmation on this issue from producers.
