May be the press releases from both the teams of Mahesh and Allu Arjun films, Bharath Ane Nenu and Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India, might suggest that they are releasing on same day. But will that be the case? Major distributors and exhibitors are looking for big hits from these two actors. Mahesh is due for a big one and Allu Arjun has been showing his might at the box office.
At this crucial juncture, both would love to have a good weekend without much hassle. If two films release on same day, being big films, the exhibitors will be looking to cash in on the opening buzz and first day collection as one can eat up other’s business if any one turn out to be a disappointment. If both turn out to be decent to hit films, then the race of recovery will be a long one with both of them having to fight another beast like Rajnikanth’s Kaala.
Kaala will be releasing on 27th and Naa Peru Surya and Bharath Ane Nenu, will come on 26th as per today’s announcements by both the producers. Well, Bharath Ane Nenu, directed by Koratala Siva will complete shoot by 27th of March and by second week of March, Naa Peru Surya is expected to wrap up. Previously, it is believed that whoever finishes first will release on 27th but both fighting for same date without much planning hints at a personal level problem between the makers than a wise business decision.
