Priya Bhavani Shankar is a known actress in Tamil cinema and has worked in several films including Shankar’s Indian 2.
However she is yet to make a strong impact in Telugu cinema. She made her Telugu debut in 2023 with Kalyanam Kamaneeyam followed by Bhimaa. Both films failed to succeed at the box office as everyone know.
Now Priya is hoping for a turnaround with Irumudi which is set to release next week. She plays Kaveri, the wife of Ravi Teja’s character.
Interestingly, while she has been open about her personal life, she is now taking up more wife roles in films.
Priya hopes Irumudi will give her Telugu career a much-needed boost and help her secure better opportunities, especially opposite senior stars.
