Hanuman, directed by Prashanth Varma and set to release on Sankranthi, holds high expectations, particularly in the Hindi market. Recent hits like Kantara and Karthikeya 2 in Bollywood have highlighted this trend.

The hanu-man film’s anticipation stems from the positive reception of its promotional content, including teasers and trailers, which garnered impressive views. Leveraging the presence of Lord Hanuman and the imminent opening of the Ayodhya Ram Temple on January 22nd, the movie seeks to attract a wider audience.

Despite the initial phenomenal opening of Adipurush’s Adipurush, the film couldn’t sustain its momentum due to content-related discrepancies. As Hanuman gears up for its January 12th release, industry insiders eagerly await its performance at the Hindi box office.

The cast includes Teja Sajja and Amrita Iyer in lead roles, supported by Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Vinay Rai, Rajdeepak Shetty, Samuthirakani, and Vennela Kishore. Notably, Hanuman marks the inception of Prashant Varma Cinematic Universe (PVCU), a universe that the director envisions expanding to encompass 12 films, as revealed in a recent interview. If Hanuman manages to resonate positively with the audience, it stands poised for substantial success at the box office.
