The creators of Pushpa 2: The Rule have invested a lot in the movie, originally planned for release on August 15th.
The film’s budget exceeded expectations, and Sukumar is still working hard on this action packed film. Both Sukumar and Allu Arjun are earning large salaries for their roles. Mythri Movie Makers are under significant pressure due to the film’s situation.
Pushpa 2: The Rule has been delayed by four months and will now release on December 6th. Given the salaries, business aspects, and budget, the makers might not fully recover their investment unless the film becomes a big hit.
Distributors are willing to pay large advances to release the film early, but deals are risky without guarantees.
With the delays and increased costs, Allu Arjun and Sukumar may need to reduce their salaries to help the producers. We’ll have to wait and see what happens before the film’s release.
