Will Acharya be postponed?

Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s latest entertainer Acharya is scheduled for release on May 13th. Due to bulk releases this year, Tollywood producers have announced their release dates much prior. Now, the Acharya team is working against the time to meet the deadline. They have targeted April 30th as the deadline to finish the shoot. But with the proceedings taken into account, it seems to be a cut-off task.

The speculations started that the makers are already contemplating postponing the film. They want to have a smooth release instead of rushing and compromising on quality. So, Koratala and Co, are thinking to postpone the film to May third week. However, an official confirmation regarding this is awaited.

Currently, the shooting happening in Yellendu has been halted due to dehydration problems for Chiranjeevi. It will resume very shortly. Kajal Aggarwal is the female lead of the project and Ram Charan is playing a crucial role in the film.
