The Ramayana trailer has excited fans but many were surprised that Sunny Deol’s Hanuman was not shown.
The trailer introduced Lord Rama, Sita, Ravana and several other key characters, but Hanuman’s absence became a major talking point on social media for sure.
Many fans questioned why such an important character was missing while others praised the film visuals, VFX and performances. Some fans defended the makers, saying Hanuman appears later in the story.
According to the Ramayana, Hanuman meets Lord Rama only after Sita is abducted by Ravana.
Reports suggest the first part of the film ends with Sita Haran making Hanuman’s absence from the trailer understandable. His role is expected to become important in the second part of the epic.
