Rajasekhar, a prominent figure known for his intense roles in Telugu cinema, has earned a reputation as the “angry young man” over the years. While not actively pursuing acting assignments, he’s gearing up for a significant part in Nithiin’s upcoming film, “ExtraOrdinary Man,” directed by Vakkantham Vamsi and produced by Sudhakar Reddy and Nikita Reddy, set to hit the screens on December 8.
His daughter Shivani shed light on why he chose this particular role during the promotion of the movie “Kotabommali PS.” According to her, her father had a long-standing desire to play a villainous character. Despite hearing numerous story pitches, none intrigued him until now.
Inspired by the impactful performances of actors like Vijay Sethupathi and Aravind Swamy in similar roles, Rajasekhar eagerly awaited the right story to explore this side of his acting talent. The character offered to him in Nithiin’s film captured his interest immediately, compelling him to sign on.
Shivani emphasized that the role is intricately crafted and is expected to leave a strong impression on the audience. Rajasekhar’s aspiration to portray a compelling negative role finally found its match in this particular character, and he seems enthusiastic about delivering an impactful performance, aiming to captivate audiences with his portrayal.
