Why is Ram Charan building a luxury mansion in Mumbai..!

The grapevine has it that Tollywood star Ramcharan is all set to buying a plot in a posh locale in Mumbai and build a luxurious mansion. But as to why Ram Charan would buy a house in Mumbai, is a matter of thought. Is the star looking forward to any more roles in Bolllywood?  Ram Charan’s last B’town outing, his debut movie “Zanjeer” with Priyanka Chopra was an utter disaster. Since then he did not take up any Bollywood offers. Maybe it is just an investment opportunity for him, whose Tollywood peers are also actively investing in real estate.

As far as his filmy career is concerned, his upcoming film directed by Surender Reddy has completed its first schedule and the next schedule is set to begin soon. Rakul Preet Singh is slated to be Ram Charan’s heroine and Arvind Swamy is playing the villain in the movie.
