It all began when Hema Malini and Esha Deol were not present at Sunny Deol’s son Karan Deol’s lavish wedding to Drisha Acharya. In all honesty, this isn’t the first time the Yuva actress’ activities have drawn attention to themselves. As unbelievable as it may seem, Esha once engaged in a vicious catfight with Amrita Rao.

In the movie Pyare Mohan, which also stars Vivek Oberoi and Fardeen Khan, the actresses can be seen working together. The divas did not get along, and when they became abusive, things became quite heated.

On the Pyare Mohan set, a shocking incident occurred in 2005 and everyone was left shaken. Esha Deol struck Amrita Rao, later admitting that she had been provoked. She claimed in a interview that “Amrita abused me in front of the director, Indra Kumar, and the cameraman, and I thought that was totally out of line.” She said, “In the heat of the moment, I smacked her to protect my self-respect and dignity.”

Given that it was done in the “heat of the moment,” one may assume that Esha Deol would think twice before taking the action, but this did not happen. “I have no regrets,” she said, “because she fully deserved it for how she treated me at that time. I merely stood up for my honour and dignity.
