Why Did Abhay Deol Call Anil Kapoor a Waste of Time ?

Abhay Deol was previously described as having a problem by Anil Kapoor, who later termed him a waste of time.

When did Bollywood rivalry stop grabbing the public’s attention? Fans enjoy drama, let’s face it, and the entertainment industry is all about entertainment. There are still those celebrities who call a spade a spade, even though most have stopped making snide remarks about their peers. Abhay Deol is a prime example, who did not take Anil Kapoor’s insults about him lying down.

Together, Sonam Kapoor and Abhay worked on the film Aisha, which essentially crowned the actress the ultimate fashionista of Bollywood. Sonam is AK’s daughter. The actor, though, seemed unimpressed. However, things took a turn for the worst when Mr. Kapoor said some odd things about Abhay.

When asked about Abhay Deol during his appearance on Koffee With Karan, Anil Kapoor responded, “Abhay Deol needs help, he is trying to do all the wrong things.” The AK vs AK actor responded, “In every way,” when Karan Johar asked how he needed assistance. There is seriously something wrong with the man. The Raanjhanaa actor did not take the remark lying down, and according to International Business Times, he responded, “He’s right about me doing ‘all the wrong things.’ The best illustration of that is Aisha. And I do, in fact, “need help.” Help me avoid being impacted by individuals like him. My time is wasted on him.

Numerous fans hypothesized that the animosity between Abhay Deol and Anil Kapoor sprang from the film Aisha. While the latter co-produced it, the former co-starred in it. However, Abhay opted not to actively promote the movie like Sonam Kapoor did. According to a report, he was quoted as saying, “When I started shooting, I recognized the picture was more about clothes than true acting. Even the movie’s reviews that lauded the outfits caught my attention. I would like to state that, throughout my lifetime, I will never take part in a movie like Aisha. I wouldn’t want to make a movie like that.

He had also said, “Too much energy was wasted on styling, but as an actor, I don’t have much say.” Sonam Kapoor did not like any of this, and she appeared stunned by Abhay’s remarks. The conflict between the Kapoor and Deol families most likely resulted from their disparate professional backgrounds.

However, the actors later appeared in Raanjhanaa.
