Director Maruthi’s upcoming film with Pan India Star Prabhas has become a topic of contention among the actor’s fans. They have been expressing strong criticism over Prabhas’ decision to work with Maruthi. The film, titled “Raja Deluxe,” is already in production, and fans are anxiously urging the director to handle the project with utmost sincerity and responsibility.
Recently, Maruthi made tweets about his production venture “Baby” and thanked Allu Arjun for his speech at an appreciation event. However, what caught the attention of Prabhas’ fans was the absence of any tweets regarding Prabhas’ latest movie, “Kalki 2898AD,” whose first glimpse was released recently.
This omission irritated the fans, and they started targeting the director, demanding that he praise and share tweets about “Kalki,” which had already taken the world by storm.
Some fans pointed out that despite being close to Maruthi, Allu Arjun has never offered him a movie to direct, while Prabhas entrusted him with a massive budget of nearly ₹200 crores for “Raja Deluxe.” The fans’ frustration grew as Maruthi remained silent about “Kalki,” and they started trolling him for his perceived negligence towards Prabhas’ project.
