Why Advait Chandan Left Dostana 2..?

Dharma Productions Dostana 2 has reportedly gone through another major change. Director Advait Chandan has stepped away from the project after working on it for a time of 7 months.

Few reports suggest that he left because of some creative differences as his vision for the film did not match the producer plans. However the separation was said to be friendly.

The film was originally announced in 2019 with Kartik Aaryan, Janhvi and Lakshya in lead roles but it was later shelved as everyone know.

Dharma Productions then started developing a new version reportedly starring Vikrant Massey and Lakshya with Sini Shetty considered for the female lead.

Following Chandan’s exit the makers are expected to search for a new director now. Despite multiple setbacks Dostana 2 remains a highly anticipated project.
