Virupaksha starring Sai Dharam Tej and Samyuktha Menon as the lead pair was a blockbuster success at the box office. Released on April 21st, the collected close to 80 crore gross and ended up as a massive money spinner at the box office.
Meanwhile, talking about the film, the movie director revealed that his initial script has Syamala for the villian character but Sukumar has completed changed the screenplay and made heroine Samyuktha Menon as the antagonist in the movie.
Directed by Karthik Varma Dandu, Virupaksha is produced by Sukumar writings banner in collaboration with SVC banner owned by B. V. S. N Prasad.
