And one such classy combination, that like wine gets better with age is that of director Shankar and superstar Kamal Haasan. They made ‘Bharateeyudu’ together which never ceased to amaze fans.
The charisma that Kamal exuded in the film remains unmatched till date. Now the buzz is that after 20 years of that film, the duo is rumoured to be coming back together for a film. And that film is supposedly a sequel of the first blockbuster they made together. The producer of the film, A.M. Ratnam, recently confirmed that both Shankar and Kamal Haasan are interested in the sequel to Bharateeyudu and the film might start after Shankar wraps up the Rajinikanth-starrer Robo 2.0.
