Released in 2017, Allu Arjun and Harish Shankar’s Duvvada Jagannadham went on to become a decent money-spinner at the box-office for its producer Dil Raju. Later, reports came out that DilRaju is keen on remaking the film in Bollywood with one of the leading young heroes but there is one update on it later.
Now, the latest news is that the project is very much on the cards and Harish Shankar who helmed the original version will be directing the Hindi remake also. Reportedly, Harish Shankar is supposed to work on Pawan Kalyan’s project from this month itself but the project is being delayed due to the Covid circumstances and also with the prior commitments of the hero.
As he got enough time, Harish Shankar has even wrapped up the script work and is gearing up to direct the Hindi version of Duvvada Jagannadham(DJ) soon, say sources.
