What’s holding back Prabhas?

Young rebel star Prabhas enjoys the unique distinguishment of being a pan-Indian star like no one before him. He has amassed a massive and loyal fanbase across the nation after the release of the Baahubali franchise, which he followed up with the action entertainer Saaho. While Saaho didn’t turn out to be a critical success, it turned out to be a massive financial success, especially in the North.

Coming to Prabhas’s current projects, he has Salaar and Nag Ashwin’s Project K on set right now. There were reports that Prabhas would be resuming the shoot of Salaar from the first week of May, but that hasn’t happened yet. The actor recently underwent knee surgery and has been resting for some time, and it looks like he continues to rest. It is also being said that the actor is not in the mood to brave the heat and sun this month and plans on resuming his shoots from June.

On the other hand, Prabhas is expected to work on his shape and appearance in the meantime, having been criticised for his looks in Radhe Shyam. Apart from Salaar and Project K, Prabhas also has to start shooting for director Maruthi’s film.
