With Varisu, actress Rashmika Mandanna earned a massive Pongal blockbuster. She then followed it up with the yesterday in Hyderabad released fantasy film Rainbow in Tamil and Telugu.

Rashmika is reportedly in negotiations for a Tamil film that is entirely straight, according to the most recent rumors in Kollywood.

Rumor has it that Rashmika is being considered for the leading lady part in Pradeep Ranganathan’s upcoming movie. Pradeep Ranganathan is a young actor-director best known for creating the wildly popular young Tamil comedy Love Today.

The movie’s music will also be composed by Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman.
