What is the status of Chandramukhi 2

Raghava Lawrence has scored a decent starter with his Rudhrudu, and the next film in line for him would be Chandramukhi 2 which is getting ready for a release on the Vinayagar Chathurthi weekend of September 15th. The film is a proper sequel to the Rajinikanth starrer and also features Vadivelu in an important role along with a big list of female actors led by Kangana Ranaut.

Vasu directs this film which is being produced by Lyca Productions on a grand scale. The team recently wrapped up the portions between Raghava Lawrence and Kangana Ranaut which are said to be the highlight of the film.

Reports suggest that Only 3 songs and a fight sequence are pending to be shot. The entire shooting formalities of the film will be wrapped up in the next schedule. Key updates regarding the film are expected to be out shortly, say sources.
