Kannada star filmmaker cum actor Rishab Shetty’s recent release, Kantara is declared a blockbuster success.
The film was released on September 30th across Karnataka and got a massive reception from the Kannada audience.
Later, the film’s dubbed versions were released in Hindi and Telugu languages on October 14th and 15th respectively.
In Telugu and Hindi versions as well, Kantara is minting solid revenues.
In Telugu alone, the film has collected more than Rs 60 crore gross and is still continuing its decent run at the ticket windows.
Reportedly suggest that Kantara Hindi also grossed Rs 50 crore gross.
Meanwhile, the latest news is that unstoppable Kantara breaches Rs 400 crore gross at the worldwide box office.
Made with a tight budget of less than Rs 5 crore, Kantara gaining this king size success is definitely an unimaginable fest.
As Kantara emerged as a massive hit at the box office, the digital audience are waiting for the OTT release of this ‘Divine Blockbuster’.
As per the reports, Kantara will be out on digital space during November last week but there is no official update on it later.
Reportedly, the popular OTT streaming platform Amazon Prime Video which bagged the post-theatrical streaming rights of Kantara will be announcing the streaming details soon.
Produced by Hombale Films banner, Kantara also has Sapthami Gowda, Kishore, Achyuth Kumar in key roles.
The music composed by B Ajaneesh Loknath is a major asset for the film.
