In the year 2000, Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Annayya and Balakrishna’s Vamsoddharakudu
had a theatrical release. While Annayya ended up as a hit, Vamsoddharakudu was a flop.
In the year 2001, Balakrishna’s Narasimha Naidu and Chiranjeevi’s Mrugaraju had a theatrical clash.
While Mrugaraju ended up as a disaster, Narasimha Naidu ended up as an industry hit.
During this year’s Sankranthi season, Balakrishna’s Lakshmi Nara Simha and Chiranjeevi’s Anji had a theatrical clash.
In the clash, Balakrishna scored a super hit with LNS.
During Sankranthi 2017, Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi No. 150 and Balakrishna’s Gautamiputra Satakarni had a clash.
While Khaidi No.150 ended up as a blockbuster, Gautamiputra Satakarni also was a good hit.
This year during the Sankranthi season, Balakrishna and Chiranjeevi are locking horns for the tenth time with Veera Simha Reddy and Waltair Veerayya respectively.
