Rishab Shetty's recent release, Kantara is declared a blockbuster success. Released on September 30th across Karnataka, Kantara got a massive reception from the Kannada audience.
Later, the film's dubbed versions were released in Hindi and Telugu languages on October 14th and 15th respectively. In Telugu and Hindi versions as well, Kantara is minting solid revenues.
In Telugu alone, the film has collected more than Rs 50 crore gross and is still continuing its decent run at the ticket windows. Reportedly suggest that Kantara Hindi also grossed Rs 50 crore gross.
As Kantara emerged as a massive hit at the box office, the digital audience is eagerly waiting for the OTT release of this 'Divine Blockbuster'.
Earlier reports came out that Kantara will be out on digital space during November first week but there is no official update on it later.
Now, the latest we hear from our sources is that Kantara is gearing up for OTT streaming on November 18th. Reportedly, the popular OTT streaming platform Amazon Prime Video
which bagged the post-theatrical streaming rights of Kantara will be announcing the streaming details soon.
Not only in domestic Kannada, Telugu and Hindi markets, but Kantara also performed beyond expectations in overseas.
Reports suggest that Kantara, including all languages, collected close to $3 million at the US box office.
