The wait is officially over as official production on Rishab Shetty’s Kantara 2 has begun.
The commencement of production on “Kantara 2” was officially confirmed by the producers on Wednesday, which is wonderful news for “Kantara” fans on Ugadi, the Kannada New Year.
The prequel to “Kantara” was originally revealed by the film’s creators, and now that the voyage has begun, they have begun writing the script.
Taking to social media, Hombale films shared ‘KANTARA WRITING BEGINS’ creative wishing everybody a happy Ugadi.

One of the biggest breakthrough movies in Indian cinema last year was “Kantara,” a Hombale Films production starring Rishab Shetty.
‘Kantara’ has produced examples of success never before seen, from taking a story from the heartland of India to winning the love of audiences everywhere to leaving its mark on the global stage.
On September 30 and October 14, respectively, the Kannada and Hindi versions of Kantara were released. Rishab Shetty wrote the script and also served as the director.
Rishab Shetty, Sapthami Gowda, and Kishore Kumar G play important roles in the movie, which is produced by Vijay Kiragandur and Chaluve Gowda under the banner of Hombale Films.
