Nandamuri Taraka Ratna’s demise is definitely a sad news from Nandamuri fans and film industry circles. After suffering a massive cardiac arrest on January 27th, Taraka Ratna was hospitalized is well-known news.
After being in ICU at Narayana Hridalaya hospital in Bengaluru for more than twenty days, Taraka Ratna breathed his last on February 18th.
In the evening hours of February 20th, the last rites of Taraka Ratna happened at Mahaprasthanam, Jubilee Hills.
On the personal front, not many are aware about Taraka Ratna’s family life. He married a lady named Alekhya Reddy in 2012. The couple is blessed with three kids.
Taraka Ratna was the son of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s elder brother Mohankrishna is well-established news.
While paying last respects to Taraka Ratna, Balakrishna turned very emotional. Balakrishna even gave assurance that his support will always be for Taraka Ratna’s family.
Coming to Taraka Ratna’s kids, the first child’s name is Nishika, second kid( son) is named as Tanai Ram and third girl child’s name is Reya.
Interesting fact is that the first letters of three kids form the iconic title, NTR.
It is widely known that Taraka Ratna used to literally worship his grandfather late NT Rama Rao and uncle( Babai) Balakrishna.
On the professional front, after his debut in Okato Number Kurraadu (2003), he acted in several films as the lead actor and a few as the antagonist and character artist roles.
