Waqima Gabbi Joins Varun Dhawan – Atlee’s next

For her portrayal of Nilofer Qureshi in the recent multi-star web series, Jubilee, Wamiqa Gabbi has received praise from the critics. Sidhant Gupta, Aditi Rao Hydari, Prosenjit Chatterjee, and Aparshakti Khurrana are a few of the well-known actors who appear in the series. She has also established herself in the South Indian and Punjabi cinema industries. The actress will soon appear in the upcoming film by renowned director Atlee. According to reports, the actress will appear with Varun Dhawan and Keerthy Suresh in a crucial part.

The title of the upcoming Hindi film, which Atlee and Murad Khetani are collaborating on, has not yet been chosen. The untitled movie, which has been causing a lot of hype on social media, will be released on May 31, 2024, and is commonly known as #VD18. Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh, and Wamiqa Gabbi will all play significant roles in the eagerly awaited film. Additionally, it will be Keerthy’s first Bollywood appearance. The Jubilee actress has verified the rumours about her relationship with the accomplished director. Screenwriter Kalees, best known for the Tamil film Kee, wrote the script for the movie.

Wamiqa Gabbi acknowledged her enthusiasm for the initiative and said, “I am happy and grateful to be a part of this effort. I’m absolutely looking forward to the chance to collaborate with Keerthy Suresh and Varun Dhawan. This is the full commercial Hindi project I have been yearning for and waiting to do. And I’m really looking forward to working and collaborating with Atlee and Murad sir.”

Wamiqa is currently preoccupied with back-to-back projects in addition to Atlee’s project. She is filming in Budapest for the following. The actress is eagerly awaiting the premiere of Vishal Bharadwaj’s first OTT series, Charlie Chopra, as well as his Netflix film, Khufiya, which also stars Tabu and was directed by Bharadwaj. The actress has secured four projects with the director. She also acted in Modern Love Chennai and participated in the production of the short Fursat, which also starred Ishaan Khattar and Salman Yusuff Khan.
