Vishwak Sen‘s movie Gangs of Godavari, directed by Krishna Chaitanya, is inspired by true stories. It stars Neha Shetty and Anjali as the main actresses and the producers are Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya.

Unlike his love interest Neha Shetty’s character, Rathnakar isn’t educated but works hard to improve his life. The movie appears to depict his journey from poverty to wealth with many challenges along the way.
