Vishnu finds support in Balayya

The MAA elections continue to be embroiled in heavy politics, with words being exchanged aggressively between Prakash Raj and Manchu Vishnu, who are the two remaining candidates contesting for the post of President. Prakash Raj reacted strongly to Vishnu’s comments, where the actor expressed displeasure over Pawan’s statements during the pre-release event of Republic.

Prakash Raj reminded Vishnu that Pawan Kalyan is a part and parcel of Tollywood and that the actor needs to realise Pawan’s stature before making any sort of statement. While Vishnu hasn’t yet reacted to this statement, the actor has received a lot of criticism from within the film fraternity for his statement. Prakash Raj is expected to win the MAA elections, given that his panel looks highly promising and that he has the support of the Mega family.

Nandamuri Balakrishna has now come in support of Vishnu’s candidature, in an interesting turn of events. It is known that the Manchu family is quite close with Balayya, which is why he is expected to be supporting Vishnu. The MAA elections are slated to take place on October 10th.
