Actor Vishal, who has a huge fan base in Tamil and Telugu states, got engaged to actress Sai Dhanshika in Chennai on his 48th birthday, August 29th.
The private ceremony was held at his Anna Nagar home with close family and friends. The couple who made their relationship public in May, had originally planned to marry on this date but postponed it due to Vishal’s commitments with the Nadigar Sangam building work.
Their wedding date will be announced later this year. Vishal and Dhanshika share a bond that goes back 15 years.
Dhanshika revealed that Vishal always supported her through tough times and their friendship gradually turned into love. Vishal expressed his happiness, calling her ‘a wonderful person’ and saying, ‘God saved Dhanshika for me’.
On the work front, Vishal is busy with Magudam and Detective 2, while Dhanshika awaits the release of Yogi Da and Adhirshtasaali.
