Virupaksha fame Samyuktha to Replace Pooja Hegde in Guntur Kaaram!

After Pooja Hegde stepped out due to changes in the shoot, storyline, and other factors, Samyuktha is set to take on the role of the female lead in Guntur Kaaram.

The upcoming movie Guntur Kaaram, starring Trivikram Srinivas, is eagerly awaited. However, the movie has made headlines due to incorrect for a number of reasons. Pooja Hegde has reportedly withdrawn from the movie as a result of modifications to the shoot, screenplay, and other factors. Samyuktha is rumoured to succeed Pooja as the lead female character.

Samyuktha, who is well-known for roles in films like SIR and Virupaksha, among others, is reportedly a candidate to play the female lead in Guntur Kaaram. The actress is in discussions to take Pooja’s spot in the movie. Samyuktha and Mahesh Babu have never collaborated before, therefore if the claims are accurate, it will be their first time. However, this is pending an official declaration.

Pooja Hegde initially agreed to play the female lead but then dropped out. A person with direct knowledge of the situation told us exclusively, “The shooting timelines of Guntur Kaaram kept on changing. The team was shooting for some sequences, deciding one timeframe for the next schedule but that’s delayed again due to varied issues. Some of the portions already shot were getting into the reshoot mode. There were also changes in the script at regular intervals, which resulted in multiple other people also backing out. After several contemplations on what to do, Pooja Hegde has decided to part ways citing date issues.”

Meanwhile, there are several rumours that music composer S Thaman has left Guntur Kaaram as well. According to rumours, Anirudh Ravichandren has taken S Thaman’s role as the movie’s music composer. According to reports, Mahesh Babu and the team and Thaman had creative disagreements, and Thaman was cut from the movie. The rumours’ veracity is still up for debate, though. Some others also assert that S Thaman is actively involved in the movie and busy writing songs.

For Guntur Kaaram, Mahesh Babu and Trivikram Srinivas reconnected after a decade apart. The pair has already produced box office successes like Athadu and Khaleja. The actor unveiled his mass and action avatar with the publication of the first look last month. In the movie, Sreeleela plays a significant role. Sankranthi 2024 will see the release of Guntur Kaaram. After a long break, the movie’s filming will begin on June 25.
