Nagabandham has emerged as one of the most awaited Pan-India films. Lead actor Virat Karrna said the project is a blessing from director Abhishek Nama and Lord Shiva early in his career.
He said that the role was physically demanding as he had to gain 20 kg and later lose 5 kg during which he suffered a serious muscle tear.
He experienced frostbite while shooting in extremely much cold weather but continued filming without fail. Virat thanked Abhishek for believing him and guiding him throughout the journey.
To connect with his character he visited a Shiva temple every day before shooting and later observed the Shiva Mala.
Releasing on July 3rd while Nagabandham has received a strong response in advance bookings across the Telugu states.
