Vintage Clash on the Cards!

Reputed Tollywood production house Mythri Movie Makers banner is currently bankrolling two prestigious projects. While one of them is NBK107 with Nandamuri Balakrishna, the other one is Mega154 having Megastar Chiranjeevi in the lead role.

Earlier reports came out that NBK107 under the direction of Gopichand Malineni will have a release in December and Mega154 being helmed by Bobby will be out during the Sankranthi season. But due to the strike of the Tollywood active producers guild, the entire month of August was wasted and the shoot schedules for NBK107 got delayed. On the other hand, the shooting for Mega154 also stalled in September as Chiranjeevi is busy wrapping up the shoot for GodFather.

Meanwhile, for the past few days news has been circulating among film circles that as both NBK107 and Mega154 are from the same production house, any one of the films will have a release during the Sankranthi season and the other one will be postponed.

But the latest reports from trade indicate that both NBK107 and Mega154 will have a theatrical release during the festival season. Inside reports say that the makers are planning to release NBK107 on January 6th and Mega154 on January 11th. If the vintage clash is to be believed, we have to wait and see for an official announcement regarding the release dates of the respective films.
