Vinodhini Explains Her Reasons For Leaving Kamal Haasan’s…?

Vinodhini has announced that she is leaving Kamal Haasan’s political party Makkal Needhi Maiam (MNM). In a post she explained her decision, saying that politics is a complex field requiring thought, action, and resources to create change.

While she has ideas, she admitted that she lacks the financial resources to make a significant impact. Over the past 1.5 years, her focus has been on improving her own life and helping street animals like dogs, cats, and cattle. She acknowledged that she had not been very active within the party and felt that accepting this truth gave her freedom.

Vinodhini also stated that making a real difference in politics requires full-time dedication and financial support, which she did not have.

Although she had disagreements with some party decisions, she appreciated the chance to work with Kamal Haasan and contribute to various initiatives, even though she felt she didn’t fully take advantage of these opportunities. She expressed that both Tamil Nadu and herself have missed out on Kamal Haasan’s leadership.

Moving forward, Vinodhini intends to continue engaging in Tamil Nadu politics through her ideas and thoughts, hoping to bring even a small change to her home state. She ended her post by thanking Kamal Haasan and others in the party for their support and inspiration. Vinodhini joined MNM in 2023 and has now officially left the party.
