Starring Kiran Abbavaram and Kashmira Pardeshi as the lead pair, a film, Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha under the direction of Murali Kishore Abburu has hit the screens today. Let’s see how it fares.
Story: Set in the temple town Tirupathi, the film revolves around the life of Vishnu( Kiran Abbavaram) who has a helping nature. As a surprise to Vishnu, one fine day a girl named Darshana ( Kashmira Pardeshi) dials and calls him and says that she is his number neighbor. Eventually, friendship blooms between them. On the other side, as a number neighbor for Darshana, a pet care center owner Sharam( Murali Sharma) comes into the scene. Who is Sharma? What is his backstory? How will Darshana fall in trouble due to her friendship with Sharma? What will Vishnu do to save her, forms a crucial crux.
Performances: Kiran Abbavaram is good in his boy-next-door character. His subtle acting throughout the film is impressive. Kiran performed two action stunts superbly.
Heroine Kashmira Pardeshi is adorable and acted nicely in the given bubbly character. The love track between Kiran Abbavaram and Kashmira is presented neatly without any over-the-top romantic scenes.
Murali Sharma is a surprise package for the film as the talented actor did a fine job in the given role. The fun-coated combination scenes between Murali Sharma, Kiran, and Kashmira evoke good laughs.
Noted artists like Aamani and Devi Prasad are wasted with their limited roles Senior artists LB Sriram and Subhaleka Sudhakar are okay in their limited roles.
Other supporting artists such as Sharat, Tarak Ponnappa and Pammi Sai are alright in their respective key roles.
Technicalities: Undoubtedly, the music composed by Chaitan Bharadwaj is one of the major assets of the film. Be it songs or background score, Chaitan Bharadwaj did an amazing job. His scoring has a fresh vibe to it.
Daniel Viswas’s cinematography work is cool as he presented the entire film on a colorful note. Editing by Marthand K. Venkatesh is fine. The artwork is impressive. Stunts are choreographed with a realistic texture. Production values for this GA2 Pictures film are rich.
Analysis: Written and directed by Murali Kishore Abburu, Vinaro Bhagyam Vishnu Katha is a multi-genre film. The film has various sub-plots and layers which are addressed decently by the director. Murali Kishore’s writing and impactful as the dialogues have emotional depth in them.
A few elevation portions on Kiran Abbavaram are executed neatly. On the flip side, an episode in the second half where Vishnu tries to find out the whereabouts of Sharma lacks convincing narration. Adding to it, the connectivity between Murali Sharam and Devi Prasad is not explored properly.
To summarize, Vinaro Bhagyam Vishnu Katha is a passable watch during this festival weekend despite having a few cliches in the proceedings.
