Vikrant Massey’s Planned Break: Health, Career, And Speculations

Before Vikrant Massey takes a break, he might be working on Farhan Akhtar’s “Don 3”, where he is rumored to play the main villain. It’s unclear if the 12th Fail actor will join Ranveer Singh in the film before or after his planned break.

A friend of Vikrant’s shared some details about the situation, which has been making headlines recently. “It’s not exhaustion,” the friend clarified. “And it’s definitely not boredom. His career is just taking off! Vikrant used to be frustrated about being cast as the second lead or in female-centric films. But 12th Fail changed that for him”.

So, why the break? The friend revealed, “It’s due to some health issues he has been ignoring. Nothing too serious, but also not something to overlook. Doctors advised him to take some time off. He’ll be away from acting for a year or so. That’s it”.

Interestingly Shah Rukh Khan also took a break after “Zero” in 2018 and returned four years later with “Pathaan”. Vikrant however has said he will step away after 2025, leaving fans curious about when he might return.

A female co-star questioned the need for such an announcement, saying, “We all take breaks sometimes. There’s no need to make it public like a farewell. Of course, we all want to feel loved, but a simple pause doesn’t need so much attention”.
