Kollywood star Vikram’s film, Cobra is in making for the past two years or so. Being directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, the film has wrapped up all post production activities and is ready for a release.
Meanwhile, the latest news is that the makers are planning to release the film on May 26th. If the news turns into reality, then Cobra will have a simultaneous release in Telugu as well and it is evident that the film will be a competition to Tollywood releases F3 and Major( pan-India project) at the box office.
While former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan is doing a negative role, KGF game Srinidhi Shetty plays the female lead in Cobra. Set against the backdrop of Russian mafia, Lalit Kumar is the producer for Cobra and has its music by AR Rahman.
