Vikram Prabhu is playing the lead in Love Marriage, a family drama about the struggles of an unmarried man in his 30s.
Director Shanmuga Priyan shared that the story follows Vikram Prabhu’s character as he travels to Gobichetti palayam for his engagement but hesitates even to talk to his bride-to-be.
The film explores how the marriage process changes his mindset.
Shanmuga Priyan said that Vikram Prabhu’s role is simple and innocent, a character he hasn’t played before. Sushmitha Bhat plays the female lead, while Sathyaraj makes a special appearance as a senior politician.
The director, known for his work in NOTA, Enemy, and Nitham Oru Vaanam, took inspiration from Vikraman’s films and aims to create a movie with a mix of emotions, humor, and drama, much like Sundar C’s films.
