Released on June 3rd, two major releases Vikram and Major from South had a good weekend. As per the reports, Major already achieved the break-even target during the first three days itself and is still continuing its steady run in twin Telugu states.
On the other hand, Kamal Haasan starrer Vikram is minted solid revenues in Tamil. In Telugu, the film will achieve the break-even target by today and will enter the profits zone from tomorrow. Trade reports suggest that as of now, both Major and Vikram are continuing their steady run at the ticket windows and we have to see how well both the films perform further.
While Major is a patriotic drama directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka, Vikram is an action thriller from Lokesh Kanagaraj’s directional universe.
