Vikram and Karthi to exchange release dates

It is already reported that Kollywood star Vikram’s upcoming film, Cobra which is scheduled for an August 11th release has been postponed. Meanwhile, the latest news is that Karthi’s rural drama, Viruman which is actually scheduled for an August 31st release has high chances to prepone and occupy August 11th release.

As per the reports, the makers of Viruman are working on the possibility of August 11th release. Sources reveal that if Viruman releases on August 11th than Cobra will opt for August 31st release.

While Viruman is directed by Muthaih and marks the silver screen debut for ace director Shankar’s daughter Aditi, Cobra is directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu and has KGF fame Srinidhi Shetty as the female lead.
