Vijay’s Personal Touch in ‘Family Star’

With Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur doing everything in their power to generate hype, the “Family Star” promotions are starting. A “Family Star” in real life, Vijay disclosed to a pre-release press conference that his character in the movie is inspired by his own father.

In order to facilitate his personal connection to the part, he revealed that Govardhan, the name of the character, was picked because it is the name of his father. As his father’s birthday falls on April 8, Vijay also discussed the significance of the film’s April 5th release date.

Inviting everyone to participate in the celebration with their families over the summer break, he hopes his father is proud of the movie. “Family Star,” which was helmed by Parasuram and co-produced by Dil Raju and Shirish.
