Thalapathy Vijay’s career is seeing an upsurge as his last couple of films have dominated the box office. He was last seen in director Atlee’s Bigil, which has grossed Rs 300 crore worldwide in theatres. The film, which is based on women empowerment received positive response from the audience. The actor is now awaiting the release of his upcoming film, Master, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The film is all set to release worldwide on April 9. The makers of master released the first look poster with Kannada and Telugu title. With this announcement, Master will release in multiple languages namely Tamil, Telugu and Kannada.
The first look posters in Telugu and Kannada are a bit different from the Tamil poster. The first look poster in Telugu has Vijay looking intensely at the camera with a kada in his hand. Behind the Vijay image is another image of Vijay wearing a suit and looking dapper in it. Along with this, there is a cat in embossed in the picture. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj has put in all the work to make Master work. The film features Vijay, Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj, Arjun Das and Gouri Kishan in the lead roles. The film has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
