Vijay Thalapathy has begun a new journey in politics. He recently launched his political party, Tamizhaga Vetri Kalagam and plans to contest in the 2026 assembly elections. He has also announced that he is retiring from films with Jana Nayagan being his last movie.
As he steps into politics fans have noticed a unique detail about his vehicles and campaign bus. Vijay loves luxury cars and recently bought three new ones, a BMW electric, a Lexus LM and a Toyota Vellfire, after selling his Rolls-Royce.
Surprisingly all these vehicles and his political campaign bus carry the same number, “0277”, with slight variations.
The number holds a deep personal meaning. It represents the birthdate of his younger sister Vidya, who passed away at a young age.
Fans admire Vijay’s affection, calling it a heartfelt tribute to his sister even as he begins his political journey.
