Vijay Sethupathi has made Tollywood notice his exceptional talent with his brief role in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. The actor is also doing a full-fledged villain role in Panja Vaisshnav Tej’s debut film, Uppena. Apart from this film, he has also been roped in to play the main antagonist in Allu Arjun’s upcoming film with Sukumar. The film, which is currently in pre-production is expected to go on floors in the coming weeks. Now, reports about Vijay Sethupathi’s role are doing the rounds on social media.
According to sources, Vijay Sethupathi will be seen as a forest officer in the film. Rashmika Mandanna has been roped in as the female lead and she will be essaying the role of a tribal woman in the film. Sukumar is getting back to director two years after Rangasthalam and all eyes are on this film. An official confirmation regarding Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s film will be out soon. Allu Arjun is presently taking a break after the mammoth success of Ala Vaikuntapurramloo. Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the film shattered several records at the box office and is still running successfully in theatres.
