Nandamuri Balakrishna is gearing up to resume the last schedule for his upcoming film, Akhanda in the next couple of days. Being directed by Boyapati Seenu, the film has Pragya Jaiswal and Poorna in the female lead roles and is aiming for a Dusshera release if the Covid situation remains to be normal.
On the other hand, Balayya will commence the shooting for his next project under Gopichand Malineni’s director soon after wrapping up the shoot for Akhanda. Later, Balayya has two projects at the discussion stage with Anil Ravipudi and Dictator fame Sriwass.
Meanwhile, the latest we hear from the industry sources is that producer Raj Kandukuri, who earlier produced National award-winning film, Pelli Choopulu is planning to make a high budget entertainer with Balayya. Reportedly, Raj Kandukuri has already approached Balayya and gave him a token amount as the advance. If the news turns into reality eventually, it will be an interesting combination to watch out for for sure.
