Vijay Deverakonda‘s recent film, “Family Star,” though not meeting expectations, garnered some favor with family audiences. Despite its shortcomings such as a slow paced screenplay, lack of emotional depth, weak storyline, and ineffective background score Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur delivered commendable performances.
Meanwhile, Deverakonda is currently engaged in a spy periodical action film directed by Gautham Tinnanuri, now in the shooting stage. Recently, he announced his next project, produced by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations and directed by Ravi Kiran Kola, known for “Rajavaru Ranigaru.”
This upcoming film, described as a rural action drama, was officially unveiled by Chitra unit, with further updates promised on Deverakonda’s birthday on May 9.
The collaboration between Dil Raju and Vijay Deverakonda has long been anticipated, particularly after Dil Raju hinted at a grand Pan-India project with the actor during the “Family Star” promotions.
This new venture, slated to be the 59th film under Sri Venkateswara Creations, is expected to have a nationwide release, sparking considerable anticipation among fans and audiences alike.
