Vijay Deverakonda roped in for Chiranjeevi’s project

Mega Star Chiranjeevi will be playing the lead role in Malayalam blockbuster Lucifer. Sujeeth is going to direct the movie and he has been making changes to the script to suit the Telugu nativity. Lucifer remake will roll from next year after Chiranjeevi wraps up his current film Acharya.

From the date Lucifer remake has been announced there have been numerous speculations about the special role the movie has. In Malayalam, Prithviraj played that special cameo and many are interested to know about who will play that role in Telugu. There are rumors like Allu Arjun, Ram Charan, Sai Dharam Tej, etc., but the latest speculation about the film is that Vijay Deverakonda has grabbed that role.

Vijay Deverakonda is currently busy with the film Fighter in the direction of Puri Jagannath. Apparently director Sujeeth has felt that Vijay Deverakonda playing that role would be nice. We have to wait and see whether this news is true or not.
