Proving it yet again, the happening star topped in the ‘Most Desirable Men’list announced by Hyderabad Times for the year 2020. This is for the third consecutive year, Vijay has attained the top position in the survey conducted by the English daily. To win the title this year, Vijay has beaten other heroes like Ram Pothineni (2), NTR (3), Ram Charan (4) and Naga Shaurya(5).

After the 2020 film, World Famous Lover, Vijay has been working on a pan-India project under the direction of Puri Jagannadh. Titled Liger, the film’s shooting is temporarily halted due to the prevailing pandemic situation.
