Vijay Devarakonda is a brand : Nasser

Not many actors get a compliment from other Industry stalwarts so easily. Megastar Chiranjeevi, Superstar Rajnikanth, King Nagarjuna managed to successfully crossover and earn name beyond the confinements of language. Looking at them, Tamil heroes desired to achieve such success and Suriya, Vikram have been successful at that. From Telugu, Mahesh Babu is trying now and along with him, Vijay Devarakonda is also trying his luck with Arjun Reddy becoming his identity.

His Tamil-Telugu bilingual, NOTA is releasing on 5th October. The actor started promoting the film in Tamil Nadu. There he received great praises from stalwarts like Nasser, Satyaraj. Satyaraj said, “Vijay is a dedicated actor. I had a huge problem to dub in Telugu and I couldn’t speak the language properly even after working in the Industry for many films. This is his first film in Tamil and I thought he will have great difficulty especially, in a scene where he has a two page monologue. He surprised me by delivering it with perfect diction in native style in one take. He is a star because of this dedication.”

Nasser said, “I know Vijay from a long time. This stardom is the result of his talent and perseverance. Vijay today is a brand.” Anand Shankar the director expressed delight over working with Vijay and said that due to him they could finish shooting in 48 days.
