Vijay Anthony the music director turned producer actor has grown in popularity one step at a time. Even though his acting skills are not that sensational his script selection is the best. He did India Pakisthan, Salim before hitting jackpot with Picchaikaran aka Bicchagadu.
The film became a surprise Blockbuster in Tamil and the dubbed Telugu version became a double blockbuster for the buyers, distributors and exhibitors. The movie claimed shares even on its hundredth day. He just knew how to attract audience with a script that showcased his skills however limited they are.
