Vijay Anthony next big Kollywood export after Karthi?

In the growing legion of Kollywood actors making a mark in Tollywood, Vijay Anthony has joined the list. After Karthi aced it in Tollywood with Oopiri, there’s been a renewed interest in Kollywood to make a foray into T’town. Although, Telugu film, has already seen a good foothold of heroes from Chennai,  Vijay, Karti, Dhanush have all tried to widen their scope here and it has worked well for them.

Other superstars like Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan and Suriya have also been accepted by the audience here. Recently Vijay’s Bichagadu did brisk business here and he was also lauded for his performance.  Industry insiders say, if a Telugu production house marketed the movie, Vijay would have gotten even more visibility; but right now the actor should cash in on the popularity and make a few good moves here.
